Brother Shively gave the opening prayer.

Pledge of Allegiance by all members led by Brother Williams.

Legal/Labor Issues

Injunction regarding the 5/2 schedule was denied by the Common Pleas Court.

Concannon ruling in Appellate Court was overturned in our favor.

Lawsuit was dropped by Phil Dill against Lodge #104.

Guest Speaker

Tony Capizzi spoke to our membership about his candidacy for Montgomery County

Juvenile Court Judge.

Judge Mary E. Donovan spoke to our membership about her candidacy for Second District Court of Appeals Judge.

Mike Tomas fundraiser is progressing well with several large door prizes already received.

Motion by Brother Poulton to give $250.00 for the Troops in Iraq to purchase tools to repair equipment.
