Minutes from the FOP meeting held December 6, 2004 Meeting Called to order at 1930 hrs by President Gardiner. Brother Ridgeway gave the opening prayer. Pledge of Allegiance by all members. Secretary’s Report Motion by Brother Bemis to accept November the minutes as printed on the webpage. Second by Brother Bergman. No discussion. Motion passed.
Treasurer’s Report Motion by Brother Poulton to accept as read. Second by many. No discussion. Motion passed. Motion by Brother Poulton to suspend the Charitable Contributions until funds are sufficient Second by Brother Snyder. Discussion. Motion failed. Motion by Brother Bergman to have the Charitable Contributions Committee to review and make recommendations on requests. Second by many. Motion passed
Legal/Labor Issues Members are not asking for representation in a timely manner. Whether you are a focus or just a witness, please ask for and take representation. One misunderstood answer could result in you becoming a focus! Brother Thornton’s arbitration was held with tremendous success we feel. Sister Hewitt’s Arbitration will be held on January 20, 2006. Brother Suman’s Arbitration will be held on February 6, 2006. Brother Meyer has not received an Arbitration date as of yet.
New Business Brother Matt Snyder, Elections Chairman, relayed the results of the presidential election. Brother Conannon Brother Bemis 2 write in ballots

Social Committee Children’s Christmas Party is going to be held Saturday, December 10, 2005.
