Meeting called to order at 1930 by Vice President Gardiner

New Business:

Brother Statzer reported that a review of the Treasurer’s books will be done. He requested Brother Poulton bring the books to the February meeting.

Brother Gardiner reported that we need to assign committees for the 2007 year. Anyone interested in being on a committee, please advise a board member.

Old Business:

Sister Haas reported that the Awards Committee is still in the process of being created.
Brother Statzer brought up the possibility of starting a revolving raffle.
The Christmas Party was a great success and the Lodge has received several compliments on a job well done.
Chaplain’s Report:

NONE

Charitable Contribution’s Committee:

Brother Statzer reported that the extra gifts from the Children’s Christmas party were sent to Children’s Medical Center and they were very appreciative.

Sister Haas reported that the Lodge received a check for $50 from member Tom McGeady to be used towards the Children’s Christmas Party

Monnie Bush donated a microwave to the Lodge.

Social Committee:

Brother Statzer advised that he has been approved by the Lodge members to purchase a new TV – not to exceed $1200. He will look around for approx 3 bids and report back to the Executive Board.

PAC Committee:

Membership Committee:

Applications received from Bruce Sullivan and Amber Wojton, both M.C.S.O.

Building Committee:

Painting of the Lodge hall is still pending.

Brother Statzer made a motion to have the front door of the Lodge re-keyed.

Brother Giesel also advised that we should implement a contract and/or rental agreement for the renting of the Lodge. Brother Zurn advised he would try and put something together.

Brother Statzer reported that the architects from Atlas Contractors have surveyed the building and land, have come up with some proposals and figures. They will make a presentation at the next Executive Board Meeting.
