Legal/Labor Issues

Once again, we are reminding members:

Members are not asking for representation in a timely manner!! Whether you are a focus
or just a witness, please ask for and take representation!! One misunderstood answer
could result in YOU becoming a focus!!!

The Fact-finders report is back and has been voted on and approved on by both Labor and the County Commissioners. The contract has not been signed yet.

New Business:

The State Conference will be attended by Sister Shutts, Brother Gardiner, Brother Mullenix, and Brother Concannon. The Conference is July 14-17th.

The National Conference will be held in Louisville, KY August 12-16th. This will be attended by Brother Concannon, Brother Bergman, Brother Statzer, Brother Gardiner, Sister Gardiner, Sister Geiger, and Brother Walters.

All reservations for both conferences are taken care of.

There is currently no date set for the next labor management meeting.
