Legal/Labor Issues:

Brother Statzer advised Brother Creech won his arbitration and his one day suspension was reduced to no discipline at all. Brother Statzer stated the arbitrator advised Brother Creech consulted with his Sergeant before proceeding and he was only following the advise of his Sergeant.

Brother Statzer reported Brother Rider came to an agreement with Management to accept a three day suspension and he would not file a grievance.

 

New Business:

Brother Gardiner advised the Winter Board meeting will be held in Columbus on January 23.
